Have you heard of Biscoff before?

If you answered No, let me fill you in…. Biscoff is a delicious creamy cookie butter spread that just melts in your mouth.  YES… It is made out of real buttery cookies.  Now yes Biscoff has the consistency of peanut butter, but can be used in replace of peanut butter or nutella… I don’t know about you but I have a couple of each of those bottles in my cupboard.

I gave each of kids a taster of Biscoff before I added it into my pancake batter, just to see how they liked it… Let’s just say they LOVED it!  I think they would of just eaten it right off the spoon if I hadn’t stopped them.

So tell me, have you ever tried Biscoff before?  If you have what sweet things have you made with it….

so simple and easy, just add you wet ingredients together.

Then your dry ingredients.  Mix.

Cook off your pancakes and enjoy!
