Bunny Chow

bunny chow

Spring is here and Easter is around the corner.  Bunny chow is such a fun creative Easter snack that kids of all ages can make.  This bunny chow recipe is just like the popular white trash snack mix.  Have you heard of white trash snacks?  Well its pretty much a mix of whatever yo have in your pantry and mixed with melted white chocolate… pretty simple, huh!

This version of snack mix is made with pretzel sticks, a mix of chocolate chips, lucky charms cereal, crushed Oreos, melted white chocolate and of course Easter sprinkles.  It only took 15 minutes and was enjoyed by all.  I think I saw Julian eat half the bowl…

Just make sure if you start eating this, its sweet so eat in doses…. 🙂

Start off and just look around your pantry and see what you got on hand…

At this time you can pretty much start dumping all you find in a bowl… I used pretzel sticks, crushed Oreos, chocolate chips, m&m’s, Lucky Charms cereal.

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.  Pour bunny chow onto cookie sheet and sprinkle with sprinkles. Place in refrigerator for 15-20 minutes, or until hardens.

Careful these snackers go quick! 🙂
