I bet you didn’t. 🙂

Well you know I had to share a simple easy recipe that only is super delicious and so easy to make, only takes 5 minutes to make but is also good for especially if you have challenged yourself from the beginning of the year with your own personal 90-day challenge.

This recipe combines two things I love… Chocolate and Peanut Butter!!!!! YUM!!!!!

Its a smoothie or shake, call it whatever floats your boat… its a 200 calorie shake that I literally drink almost everyday after I work out with my P90X, and can we just say that, that junk is HARD… I LOVE IT!

But back to the topic on hand… you can use any protein powder you like but I’m kinda biased because I use a Protein Shake Blend that tastes and smells like a sweet cream cake mix, made by ViSalus… YEP that’s right… It’s like I’m eating cake and when I add my mix-ins… DELISH!

Yield: 1 Protein Shake

Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Shake

A simple delicious protein shake that combines two of my favorite things, chocolate and peanut butter!


  • 8 oz. Chocolate Almond Milk
  • 2 scoops of Protein Powder|
  • 1 tablespoon Peanut Butter
  • 6-7 Ice Cubes (depending how slushy you want it)


  1. Pour all ingredients in blender and BLEND!
