I have a confession… I am a mac and cheese fanatic. I mean really! What is better than a deliciously baked cheesy creamy baked mac and cheese. Nothing is better. It is a comfort food that reminds so many of their childhoods. Noting is worse than a bland mac and cheese that looks yummy but once bitten into has no flavor. YUCK! I’m just scrunching up my face by the thought of it…
This recipe for mac and cheese comes from my mother in law. It is so easy to make and takes absolutely no time. All you need is cheese, evaporated milk, noodles, more cheese, and one last thing grated onion. That’s right this adds so much flavor that it will knock your socks off.
So go ahead and try so yummy mac and cheese, you know you want to!
A creamy baked mac & cheese that is sure to please any crowd!

Hi! I’ve been reading your blog forever and I love your recipes, especially the ones with the step by step photos
) this mac and cheese looks delicious! But in the ingredients you didn’t saw how much grated onion to put? Also – do you think low fat velveeta would work? Thanks!
yummy

Doha,
1st thank you from the bottom of my heart for reading this little blog of mine. I can’t express in words how that makes me feel. 2nd, thank you for catching that… that is why I love my viewers so much. It honestly depends on you but I use a 1/2 teaspoon of grated onion. This gives it such great flavor and keeps it moist inside.
