Grilling is such a great way to get your family outside during the summertime. When my husband I grill we love to have our kids play outside and we just gather on our back patio relaxing by our beautiful lake. It truly is serene to live by a lake.

Anyways, corn is definitely one of our go to grill items we love. especially when I throw ears of them on the grill. Now what made this corn even better was because I lathered it with melted butter and freshly grated Parmesan cheese.  My kids just went crazy over it, simple and easy.

Parmesan Grilled Corn

Ingredients

4 ears of corn

1/4 cup melted butter

1/2 cup freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano

 

Directions

Preheat grill to 350°/ 400° degrees. You definitely want your grill really really hot. Remove husks and silks from corn, wash and pat dry with a paper towel.

Grill corn until lightly charred and deep, bright yellow, around 20 minutes. (I just love that beautiful bright color :-))

Melt butter in microwave for 8-10 seconds.  Brush melted butter over corn and sprinkle grated Parmigiano over it.
