Red Velvet Pizookie

Have you ever wondered who was the first person to think of combining the makings of a pie + a cookie???

I know this crazy combo created the delicious and sinful dessert we all know as the PIZZOKIE.

Now you know around these parts we are serious fans of cookies, and pies, and desserts, and pretty much anything sweet.  And we can’t forget my obsession with all things red velvet… I’ve shared with you all my delicious creations of a Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake, Skillet Chocolate Chip Cookie (which is just like a pizookie), but now I stepped it up a notch… RED VELVET PIZOOKIE with not only chocolate chips, but white chocolate chips too.

You can stop drooling now!!!! 🙂 This red velvet pizookie can be made in less than 30 minutes and enjoyed and devoured in less than 5.  Serve right out the oven with scoops of vanilla ice cream and see if you don’t get kids who live down the block knocking on your door for a slice. It’s pizookie making time…

Yummmmmmm!!!
