Biscoff has become quite popular in my house lately. It has become quite popular via the web with so many other foodies looking for different ways to incorporate this creamy yumminess as well. From all things sweet and savory I decided to add Biscoff to cookies. But these cookies are not the regular chocolate chip cookies. These cookies are baked with Ghirardelli white chocolate chunks… I know, YUM!
I love Ghirardelli, I actually had the chance to visit the Ghirardelli Ice Cream Shop here in Orlando this past weekend, and let’s just say Holy Cow, we had a great time. My daughter got an ice cream cone that was not only filled with delicious vanilla ice cream but the cone itself was dipped in Ghirardelli chocolate and sprinkled with fudge and sprinkles… of course I went with their chocolate brownie surprise… Mmmmmm!
Soft and chewy was the outcome of creating these babies and let’s just say in less than 24 hours they were ALL gone!
Clean up is such a synch, all can be done in one bowl… Woohoo!

That looks so delicious!! I’m not a big white chocolate fan, do you think chocolate chips would overwhelm the biscoff flavor? Thanks for another great recipe
yummy
