Garlic Rolls

Garlic Rolls

In my world yummilicious is a word.  It’s used for things that are sooooo yummy, you just can’t stop eating them.  That’s what happened when I made these Garlic Rolls.  Before I knew it 4 were gone and I hadn’t even taken the final picture for my post. 😀 I know I’m greedy, but what can I say… “When I like something I really like it!”

These garlic rolls are so easy to make all you need is pizza dough either homemade or store bought, garlic, parsley, olive oil and I added parmesan cheese.  That’s all and of course my homemade pizza sauce

Preheat oven to 425°F. Lightly grease the cups of a 12-cup muffin tin.

Tear pizza dough into 12 pieces and place in the muffin tin.

Spread all but 3-4 cloves of garlic on top of the pieces of dough, pressing them into the centers as well on top. Drizzle with 1/4 cup olive oil and baked in preheated oven until golden brown, about 15 to 18 minutes.

{Now I know you are waiting to see a picture of what happened next… let’s just say I was a little distracted… my apologies}

While dough bakes, heat remaining oil, garlic and parsley over low heat. Do not simmer.

Toss in a bowl with garlic oil; season with salt and lots of grated parmesan cheese.
