I try to workout everyday.  But after working out I try to give my body fuel to make it last through the day.  Now there are a number of things I rotate in my diet, but yogurt is such a great choice because of the nutrients it gives my body.  One of the most tastiest things I love to add my yogurt is granola.  I love a little crunch with my Yopa!  When asked to try Yopa! and see how it fits in my busy schedule I jumped at it.
