That means #Choctoberfest with Imperial Sugar is coming to an end… can you believe.  I had so much fun sharing some yummy chocolate goodness with all of you.  Before ending the week and beginning what will be another crazy week in my life–to add to all the others that happen– I wanted to make something from another fellow generous sponsor.

Chocolate Mint Mug Cake!

Somegtimes you have a craving for something sweet but who wants to have to bake a cake or a batch brownies or cookies to satisfy that chocolate need your wanting.  that’s where this fantastic mug cake comes to play.

I mean single serving, super easy and it cooks in the microwave… PLUS… I added Barlean’s Chocolate protein powder and Barlean’s Chocolate Mint Omega Swirl .

Chocolate Mint Mug Cake {#Choctoberfest with Imperial Sugar & Barlean’s}

Prep Time: 3 minutes

Cook Time: 1 minute

Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Spray all sides of a mug with non-stick cooking spray. This will help the cake to form its shape as well as prevent sticking.
  2. Add all dry ingredients and the add wet ingredients and mix in mug. (If you want to really kick up the mint flavor add a 1/2-1 teaspoon of Barlean's Chocolate Mint Omega Swirl to batter). Make sure it is all well blended.
  3. Microwave for 1 minute or until cake is firm in the center. Drizzle Barlean's Chocolate Mint Omega Swirl on top and dust with powdered sugar... Enjoy!
